family photography is where I started,
mostly for friends, capturing those classic portraits—think stunning locations bathed in golden light and perfectly matched outfits. While I enjoyed making those beautifully styled images, I always felt like something was missing. I craved for those deeper connections within families—the tender moments, like a dad helping his little girl into her stockings or the joyful expression on a mom’s face as she watches her girls strut around in her shoes. Those are the little stories I want to tell.
During my latest family session, I decided to shake things up, and I was thrilled when this family was on board. We ditched the curated outfits and picturesque settings and just focused on them being them—living their lives at home, doing what they love.
I still have a passion for capturing the beauty of bodies and sharing the intimate stories of women embracing the one body they have in this life. But why stop there? There’s so much more to explore.
